Holidays Experts is a private and independent travel consultancy. We provide a range of services including visa assistance, holiday packages, and hotel bookings. We are not affiliated with any government body or embassy and act solely as a third-party service provider to guide you through visa applications and travel arrangements.
Once paid, our consultation and appointment booking fees are non-refundable.
We always strive to ensure your visa applications, holiday bookings, and travel arrangements are complete and accurate. However, the final decision to issue a visa rests entirely with the relevant Embassy or Visa Application Centre (VAC), not us.
Appointment booking charges are separate from the visa fee payable directly to the embassy or VAC.
Express or urgent appointments may incur higher fees than standard bookings.
We reserve the right to update our pricing and policies at any time, with or without prior notice.
You may cancel your request at any time before the appointment is booked. If your appointment or holiday package has not yet been confirmed, we may offer a partial refund.
Once a service (visa appointment, holiday package, or hotel booking) is successfully scheduled, no refunds will be given—even if your travel plans change.
If you fail to attend your scheduled visa appointment, you may be required to pay again for rebooking. Please ensure your travel dates, flights, and hotel bookings are planned accordingly.
Under distance-selling regulations, if you cancel within 14 days and we haven’t yet started working on your case, you may be entitled to a partial refund, excluding administrative or nominal charges.
We do not guarantee visa approval, visa type, number of entries, or processing time.
Embassy decisions are beyond our control, regardless of the type of appointment (standard or express).

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for indirect damages caused by the use of our services.
Each visa case, holiday package, and hotel booking is unique, and we process requests according to current guidelines. However, we cannot guarantee visa approval, hotel availability, or specific travel outcomes.
