We act as a third party service provider to help guide you through the visa application and travel planning process.
Once paid, our consultation and appointment booking fees are non refundable.
We always strive to ensure that your visa application is complete and accurate. However, the final decision to issue a visa rests entirely with the relevant issuing authority or Visa Application Centre (VAC), not us.
Appointment booking charges are separate from the visa fee payable directly to the relevant authorities or VAC (Visa Application Centre).
Express or urgent appointments may cost more than standard bookings.
We reserve the right to update our pricing and policies at any time, with or without prior notice.
You may cancel your request at any time before the appointment is booked. If your appointment has not yet been confirmed, we may offer a partial refund.
Once an appointment is successfully scheduled, no refunds will be given even if your travel plans change.
If you fail to attend your scheduled visa appointment, you may be required to pay again for rebooking. Please ensure your travel dates, flights, and hotel bookings are planned accordingly.
Under distance-selling regulations, if you cancel within 14 days and we haven’t yet started working on your case, you may be entitled to a partial refund, excluding admin or nominal charges.
We do not guarantee visa approval, visa type, number of entries, or processing time.
Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant consular authorities and are beyond our control, regardless of the type of appointment (standard or express).
